Agent Onboarding Process
Application Review & Initial Contact
Step 1
When you apply online, we will reach out to you within 24 hours or sooner to discuss our agent program, answer any questions, and evaluate your fit focused on industry experience and an existing and transferrable book of business, as we partner with seasoned freight agents operating as 1099 independent contractors.
Discovery Call
Step 2
We will schedule a call best suited for your calendar with our Director of Agent Relations or Vice President for a more thorough review of your book of business and ensure that our company’s values and offerings align with your needs as a freight agent.
You’ll receive a hands-on tour of our proprietary TMS system. We’ll also review key processes, such as onboarding carriers, to ensure a seamless transition once you start.

We understand customer information is sensitive. When you are ready for this step, we evaluate your existing customers you plan to bring onboard to ensure a smooth onboarding process by:
Customer Review & Credit Verification
Step 4
We will go over the agent agreement and address any questions. Our agreement has no minimums, no timelines, and no non-compete or non-solicit clauses. Your customers are your customers.

You will complete and submit all necessary new agent documents to include the agent agreement.
